By accessing or using Freelance-CRM, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Freelance-CRM is a tool designed for freelancers to manage clients and projects efficiently. Users purchasing a subscription gain access to use the service for these purposes. Users own their data but do not own the underlying codebase or software of Freelance-CRM.

3. Data Collection

Personal Data: We collect name, email, project, client, and payment information.

Non-Personal Data: We collect data through web cookies. For more information, review our Privacy Policy.

4. Ownership and Usage Rights

Freelance-CRM retains ownership of all intellectual property, including the codebase and software. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform as outlined in these Terms. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the software.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Users can request a refund within 3 days of the subscription’s billing date. Refunds are not available after this period.

Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

Use Freelance-CRM for illegal activities.

Attempt to reverse-engineer or access the source code of Freelance-CRM.

7. Updates to the Terms

Freelance-CRM reserves the right to update these Terms. Users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the service after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of U.S. courts.
